Since more and more people are asking about it, I am bringing the interesting study about benefits of this type of exercise. Many of my clients have done (and they liking it) in the appropriately designed workout based on their physical readiness.

HIIT is based on alternations of  low and high intensity in the well designed intervals where resting time is very limited. Also, it shortens the time spent in the gym, which means more time for our daily activities. For all individual who would like to try it out, medical check up is necessary. Please let your physician know in what kind of activity you are engaging in.
